- Core+ Investments: Class A properties in high demand, supply constrained sub-markets that have under-market rents and/or significant operational upside due to general mismanagement.
- Value-Add Investments: Class B properties where M&A can leverage its management experience by making both operational and physical improvements to significantly grow NOI.
