- Location: Within 1 mile of any major University campus (20K+ enrollment)
- Product Type: Garden, mid-rise or high-rise (Class A or B)
- Size: Greater than 200 beds (includes portfolios) with a value of $5M - $100M
- Criteria: Core + assets with under market rents/operational upside or value-add assets within walking distance to campus that will benefit from renovations/conversion
Conventional Apartments
- Location: Suburban and Infill areas surrounding Major Metropolitan Markets
- Product Type: Garden, mid-rise or high-rise (Class A or B)
- Size: Greater than 100 units (includes portfolios) with a value of $5M - $100M
- Criteria: Core + assets with under market rents/operational upside or value-add assets with strong access to employment and walk-scores that will benefit from renovations/conversion
